Coloring My Baby Locs

I was so tired of looking at that Chocolate & Green hair color debacle on my head that I had to do something, anything. So I took a risk and decided to color my hair. Check out the vlog update [HERE] for details about the hair coloring process and how I’ve been moisturizing my locs.

Luckily, all of my locs were intact after the coloring session, which included several shampoos and excessive rinsing (under low pressure water), and my hair is no longer chocolate & green! I am going to try (keyword is try, lol) not to color my hair for the next few months…but who knows I may end up with purple locs again…

Ah, lesbian. So far, I haven’t getotn that but if I spent a little more time bare-faced while wearing a hoodie, I imagine I might get that Tracy Chapman/Alice Walker look from strangers. When my hair was short and when I rocked a fro, I got many inquiries for a possible threesome with a man and one of my short-haired friends. Of course, short hair ALWAYS means a woman is a lesbian, right? SMH.
